Application fields:

PE:Low exhaust demand,large size particle,drying and smaller viscosity of dust filter.

HV:Oxygen plant,stove blower,air compresor station,self-cleaning,gas turbine,Metallurgy,high precision demand.

AL:Coal transportation ,Coal collection,Flour,Aluminium powder,Zinc dust…

LR:Moist & oily large dust, also applicable for dry large size dusts.

FM:It delivers high filtration precision,long filter life,good air permeability,etc.After adding water repellent function, it can be used in high humidity environment.

 

Product descriptions:

 PE:Typical polyester spunbonded nonwoven delivers high strength,long service life,bearing high filtration velocity,low price but not high filtration precision.

 

HV:Cellulose delivers outstanding pleatability,low pressure drop,good sheet formation,big filtration area but hygroscopic,low anti-abrasion, suitable for low filtration velocity situation.After adding Super-F3 treatment,it will deliver  high filtration fineness,anti-hygroscopic.

 

AL:Aluminum coated series filter media is on normal polyester non-woven overlying a conductive aluminum coating.Basically is an antistatic,explosion-proof function. And can add oil&water repellent,antifouling function according to the actual condition. This series materials are not suitable for acid and alkaline or high humidity situation.

 

LR: Ordinary polyester spunbonded nonwovens with oil,water,dirt repellence treatment can make the media has not sticky and dust off more easily when the pulse blow dusting,especially for the high humidity conditon. 

 

FM:PTFE membrane series filter material is made in ordinary polyester nonwoven coated with PTFE processing.
It can add flame retardant and water repellent functions according to the actual situation. This series filter material is surface filtering type.
